I really got back on the wall last Tuesday but I was only able to do a warm up wall and than tried another wall but my shoulder was too painful. Today though I was able to do my regular three climbs and I’m home in no pain! And I really worked the last wall before I came down because I lost my strength. It’s a hard climb! It’s called nomophobia which is the fear of not having your cell phone! It is a 5.8 which is pretty good to be working on despite all these injuries that keep setting me back. I also did try an overhang but that hurt....
My warm up was a simple 5.7.
So there you have it! I’m back at it.
Now to prevent injuries... hmmm...
